Hiring | Technical Business Development Specialist

San3a Tech is seeking a dedicated and experienced Technical Business Development Specialist to join our dynamic team. This role focuses on driving business growth in the engineering and technical sectors by identifying new opportunities, building client relationships, and delivering technical solutions. The ideal candidate will combine technical knowledge with business development skills to help expand our client base and market presence.


Responsibilities:


  • Identify new business opportunities within the engineering and technical sectors.

  • Research industry trends, potential clients, and competitors to strategically grow the company’s client base and discover new market niches.

  • Engage with potential customers in technical fields to understand their needs. Prepare tailored sales presentations, proposals, and technical solutions that align with client specifications. Effectively communicate complex technical concepts to facilitate successful sales.

  • Serve as the primary point of contact between clients and internal teams, ensuring smooth communication and project execution.

  • Provide technical insights into how products can be optimized for performance and better integration into customer operations.

  • Utilize CRM tools, including tablet-based solutions, to track customer interactions, manage sales pipelines, and maintain accurate client records.

  • Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and technical teams to monitor client projects using Zoho Projects.

  • Help align product offerings with market demand by providing technical and industry-specific insights.


Technical Qualifications:


  • Proven experience in technical sales or business development within engineering sectors.

  • Experience using project management tools (e.g., Zoho Projects, MS Project) and understanding of engineering workflows.

  • Familiarity with CRM tools (Zoho CRM or similar) to manage customer interactions and track sales progress.

  • Engineering background is a plus.


Personal & Organizational Qualifications:


  • Ability to explain complex engineering concepts to non-technical stakeholders and collaborate effectively with technical teams.

  • Proven ability to collect and act on customer feedback to enhance satisfaction.

  • Strong analytical skills to address technical customer needs and improve processes.

  • Ability to work collaboratively across multiple disciplines and teams.
