Hiring | Project Coordinator

San3a Tech is seeking a highly organized and motivated Project Coordinator to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will assist in the scheduling and coordination of project meetings, ensuring all stakeholders are well-informed and prepared. You’ll track project timelines, maintain documentation, and facilitate communication between internal teams and external partners. Responsibilities:


  • Assist in scheduling and coordinating project meetings, ensuring all stakeholders are informed and prepared.

  • Track and monitor project timelines, deliverables, and milestones, updating status reports for the project manager.

  • Maintain project documentation, including reports, project plans, budgets, and resource allocation.

  • Coordinate communication between internal teams and external stakeholders, ensuring alignment on project goals and progress.

  • Provide administrative support by preparing meeting agendas, recording minutes, and distributing follow-up action items.

  • Help with the preparation and submission of project proposals, reports, and funding applications.

  • Manage project-related data collection, ensuring accurate and timely input into project databases.

  • Assist in project budget tracking, monitoring expenses, and reporting discrepancies to the project manager.

  • Organize project-related travel, logistics, and events, ensuring smooth execution.

  • Support the implementation of project monitoring and evaluation frameworks, gathering data for project performance assessments.

  • Facilitate collaboration between different departments or teams to ensure efficient project execution.

  • Assist in managing project risks by identifying potential issues and escalating them to the project manager.

  • Maintain clear and up-to-date communication with project teams, ensuring they have the resources and information needed to meet deadlines.

  • Coordinate the preparation and distribution of project status updates to internal and external stakeholders.

  • Assist in reviewing and improving project processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.




Requirements:


  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field.

  • Proven experience in program management, including supervision of project managers.

  • Experience in working with vulnerable populations and delivering high-quality services.

  • Strong leadership and people management skills.

  • Excellent organizational and project management abilities.


  • Understanding of continuous quality improvement principles.

  • Experience in community-led program development and implementation.

  • Ability to establish and maintain positive relationships with community stakeholders.

  • Effective communication skills for collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.

  • Writing skills for preparing reports.
