San3a Tech is looking for a Front Desk Representative to interface with the clients and guests and to maintain all facility needs in terms of maintenance and purchasing.
- Greet & welcome clients and handle all their questions and requests.
- Answer incoming calls and inquiries.
- Answer questions and address complaints.
- Keep front desk tidy and presentable with all necessary material (pens, forms, paper, etc…)
- Receive letters, packages, etc… and distribute them.
- Make sure the facility is kept clean and tidy and equipped with all the necessary materials and supplies.
- Handle maintenance work in the facility under the Office Administrator supervision.
- Complete and present daily and weekly reports.
- Purchase all the facility supplies whenever needed.
- Handle all the bookings and space usage.
- Handle all vendors and workers needed for facility maintenance.
- 0-1 years of experience.
- Good command of English.
- Excellent communication & teamwork skills.
- Experience in using Word, Excel and Google Online Apps is a must.
- Customer service oriented
In addition to the privilege of being part of one of the best families and effective teams, your compensation will be as follows:
- EGP 1,500 – EGP 2,000 fixed salary based on your experience.
- All your related to work pocket money including travel expenses, phone credit, etc.. are covered.
This is a full-time job, you are required to be present for one of the 2 daily shifts (first shift: 10 AM-4 PM, second shift: 4 PM-10 PM)
